PALACIO MIRAMAR
7th-10th of October
The event is held on the groundfloor and first floor.
The Miramar Palace is one of the historical buildings featuring the city of Donostia/San Sebastián.
Built in 1893 by order of the Queen María Cristina de Austria, it is the symbol of the outstanding importance that the city always hold in the Spanish Royal House, which designed the building as one of their summer houses as well as the college of colegio Juan Carlos de Borbón. From 1972 its name “Palacio Real de Miramar” was changed in “Palacio de Miramar” due to the acquisition of both the building and the garden by the municipality. Nowadays, the palace is used for different purpose, between them, it is the venue of the University of the Basque Country summer courses, within that our conference is organized.
We are so proud to be hosted in such a great venue and we hope you could also enjoy its beauty and historical value!
